On December 1st in Verona, we held our annual end-of-year event, LICOM DAY, a day dedicated to our Real Estate Network and the world of Real Estate, featuring two panels/talks led by prominent industry speakers.
We began with the first panel/talk titled: Services and Technology in a Changing Market, featuring contributions from Gerardo Paterna, founder of Sinergie; Simone Comi from idealista Italia; Daniele Ceccarello from Regold.it by idealista; Angelo Semerano from Gestim; and Patrick Albertengo from AgentPricing.com.
Following this, our lead trainer, Pietro Margiotta, presented the courses and new developments for 2024, which will include classroom courses in Milan, Rome, and Verona.
The second panel/talk, titled: The New Real Estate Market, was opened by Francesca Zirnstein from Scenari Immobiliari, followed by contributions from Carlo Giordano from immobiliare.it, Silvia Spronelli from Solo Affitti, Ansano Cecchini from Euroansa Spa, and Paolo Bertini from Harpaceas.
To conclude, Alessandro Masiero, Commercial Director of our Network, invited Gian Luigi Sarzano to the stage to present the exciting new developments for Limmobiliare.com Agencies, such as People Research and People Connect under the new I.TEAM division.
The event concluded with a Christmas lunch buffet and a final toast!
